The Annual Golf Classic is a work of love by the Swistak family - our hope throughout the year is that we can organize a gathering of friends new and old, colleagues, teammates, family & just all around good people!

​

We aim to bring people together to celebrate the life of a great man & to raise money for a great cause.  We are proud to announce that, to date, we have raised over $220,000 for the Stephen Swistak MD Memorial Scholarship Fund, Rainbow Connection, the Munn Renovation Project & esophageal cancer research.

​

Since 2021, the Swistak family has partnered with The Rainbow Connection. Our two organizations are "connected" via the desire to bring about the magic of a wish by providing hope and joy to children and families who are facing life-threatening medical conditions. During our first 3 years of partnership, the Swistak Memorial Fund granted wishes of trips to Disney World for 6 children and their families.

Registration is now open - you can easily register online or we accept mail-in forms as well. Thank you in advance for your support. Register today to reserve your spot.  Teams of 4 welcome but not required. Please reach out if you want to join us & be added to a group.

Hole sponsorships start at $250. We have a wide variety of donor categories - please review the Registration Form & info below. Donations are tax-deductible.
